Maintenance
This module is specifically designed to help you maintain the physical plants belonging to your clients as well as administrative tasks that might affect your client. There are 4 major features to this module.
Inventory Management lets you maintain a catalogue of all the components of the physical plant as well as a description of the various administrative tasks that need to be carried out.
Schedule Management lets you programme repeatable tasks against this inventory. These repeatable tasks may be inspections, preventive maintenance, contract renewals, etc. You can even keep track of the birthdays of your staff. Schedules are programmed to repeat themselves by some regular cycle that you assign, and they can contain very specific instructions for the work that needs to be done.
Work Order Management lets you process and record work done to units or inventory items. These work orders form a permanent service record for these units or inventory items and can be used for reserve fund studies or life cycle analysis. Completed work orders can be forwarded automatically to the Accounts Payable system for payment. Once an invoice is paid, Accounts Payable notifies Maintenance Management of the payment.
Stock Control lets you maintain an inventory of spare parts. This inventory includes a minimum supply threshold to help you re-order supplies on a timely bases. Stock can be allocated to units or to inventory items so that you have a permanent record of how the stock was used. Retail and wholesale prices also tell you the value of you current stock holdings.
