A new programme module has been introduced which combines the functions from Unit Management, Accounts Reveivable, Invoice Management, Maintenance Management, and Time-share management. Associated with year-end activity, this archive utility lets users purge live data files to keep them trim and fast. No data is lost, it is just moved to a different location. Once an archive for a fiscal period has been created, users can easily switch to a database archive to view or print reports.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>September 2004</B></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>ConStar 2000</B></I><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Verdana" > version 4.10 has been released for distribution. Along with many small improvements and changes, this release introduces the ability to create and track email and WORD documents directly from the </FONT><I><B>ConStar 2000</B></I><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Verdana" > system. By using specially created template files, database information can be merged directly into the email or WORD documents.
