March 2007
ConStar 2000 version 5.20 has been released for distribution. A new programme module has been introduced which combines the functions from Unit Management, Accounts Reveivable, Invoice Management, Maintenance Management, and Time-share management. The General Ledger and Accounts Payable have been expanded to make it easier for users to re-allocate GL account numbers for existing transactions.
July 2006
ConStar 2000 version 5.10 has been released for distribution. This version introduces new document merging capabilities for status certificates and lien notices. The investment manager has been expanded to also handle variable rate securities. New features have been added to help process hydro billing of individually metered units. This version also includes changes to Accounts Payable cheque printing to conform to the new standards published by the CPA.
August 2005
ConStar 2000 version 5.00 has been released for distribution. This version introduces a direct link between our system and the RentCheck tenant credit check service. Once a user has established an account with RentCheck, a simple form can be filled in with information about a prospective tenant and then submitted to RentCheck. A credit report is returned and if the applicant is accepted, the data flows seamlessly into the ConStar 2000 database. ConStar 2000 version 4.11 has been released for distribution. This version introduces a new utility that archives older data into separate database files. Associated with year-end activity, this archive utility lets users purge live data files to keep them trim and fast. No data is lost, it is just moved to a different location. Once an archive for a fiscal period has been created, users can easily switch to a database archive to view or print reports.
September 2004
ConStar 2000 version 4.10 has been released for distribution. Along with many small improvements and changes, this release introduces the ability to create and track email and WORD documents directly from the ConStar 2000 system. By using specially created template files, database information can be merged directly into the email or WORD documents. Financial Statements can also be sent directly via email for viewing and printing by directors (condos) or owners (rentals or commercial).
